*We have a 14-day return policy which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. A refund will be provided once the item has been returned at customers expense for shipping, to the address listed below. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. On the occasion a product is delivered damaged, a photo of the damage is to be emailed to the seller at email address: cryptic.hollow.designs@gmail.com. After we receive the proof of damage, and the return is accepted a return shipping label will be provided. In case of damage the customer may request an exchange or a refund.
