Sizing

Our garments follow standard US sizing. Each product page includes a size guide — measure yourself and compare before ordering. Hoodies and tees are unisex and tend to run true to size. When in doubt, size up for a relaxed fit.

Fabric & Feel

Most hoodies are a cotton/polyester blend (typically 50/50 or 80/20 cotton-heavy) and tees are commonly 100% ring-spun cotton or a cotton/poly blend, depending on the style. Fabric details are listed on each product page.

Care Instructions

To protect the print and the garment: machine wash cold inside-out, gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly over the print. Do not bleach.

Print Durability

Most products are produced via direct-to-garment (DTG) or direct-to-film (DTF). When cared for correctly, prints are designed to last. Washing inside-out in cold water is the single best thing you can do to preserve color and detail over time.

Production & Shipping Timelines

Every order is made to order. Production typically takes 2–7 business days, after which your order ships. Shipping transit times vary by destination — domestic US orders generally arrive within 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Total estimated delivery: 5–12 business days from order date under normal conditions.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to follow your shipment in real time. If you haven't received tracking info within 7 business days of ordering, contact us below.

Personalization

We have a few items that offer personalization. If there is an item you would like to be personalized, email cryptic.hollow.designs@gmail.com and we can see if it is possible.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every piece is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number — we'll make it right.
